Job summary

ABSOLUTE KINETICS CONSULTANCY PTE LTD offers a two-year Management Trainee Programme to develop future Team Leads and business leaders. You will rotate across four departments with hands-on assignments, mentorship and cross-functional projects to understand AKC’s customers, operations, products and growth strategies.

High-performing trainees may progress into a Team Lead or suitable specialist role after successful completion.

About the Role

Build your career through AKC’s two year Management Trainee Programme, designed to develop future Team Leads and business leaders.

You will complete four six-month rotations across Customer Success & Marketing, Revenue, Training Management and Compliance, and Business Development. Through hands‑on assignments, mentorship and cross-functional projects, you will gain a strong understanding of AKC’s customers, operations, products and growth strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

In addition to the four rotations, you will:

• Receive coaching and mentorship from staff and senior leaders.

• Present recommendations and project outcomes to management.
• Develop skills in decision‑making, communication and stakeholder management.
• Take on increasing responsibility throughout the programme.
• Build the capabilities needed to progress into a Team Lead position.
