Job summary

AKC offers a two-year Management Trainee Programme to develop future team leads and business leaders. You will rotate through four six-month assignments across Customer Success & Marketing, Revenue, Training Management and Compliance, and Business Development.

Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, you will gain a deep understanding of AKC's customers, operations, products and growth strategies. High-performers may progress into Team Lead or specialist roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations across Customer Success & Marketing, Revenue, Training Management and Compliance, and Business Development.
• Assist with market research, campaign activities and course promotions.
• Support sales pipelines, revenue tracking and CRM records.
• Coordinate training materials, assessments and regulatory compliance records.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects and present outcomes to management.
