Job summary

YWCA Fort Canning Hotel in Singapore is seeking a Reservations Manager to turn demand into business by optimising room inventory, distribution and booking conversion.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a commercially focused Reservations team and collaborate with Revenue Strategy Committee to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while delivering personalised guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ hotel reservations, revenue, distribution or rooms experience, incl. 2–3 years in leadership.
• Understanding hotel inventory, rate structures, OTAs and distribution channels.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience with Opera Cloud System; technical savvy and system migration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Optimise reservations and inventory – maximise room availability, booking conversion and revenue across channels.
• Drive commercial performance by pricing, inventory and channel decisions.
• Grow direct bookings and optimise mix of direct, OTA and other channels.
• Turn data into action using pacing, lead time, cancellations, sources and conversions.
• Elevate the booking experience with personalised service and upselling.
• Lead and develop the Reservations team to meet service and revenue objectives.
• Drive continuous improvements in reservation processes and digital capabilities.
