Job summary

Premium Hotel Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive pricing, inventory and profitability for our hotel portfolio in Singapore.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, market intelligence and reporting, partnering with Reservations and Front Office to optimize room revenue. The role requires at least two years in Revenue Management within hospitality, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Reservations, or related hospitality discipline.
• Experience within an international hotel brand environment is an advantage.
• Pre-opening hotel experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and pickup trends.
• Recommend pricing and inventory strategies to optimize revenue.
• Implement revenue controls including length-of-stay restrictions and demand-based pricing.
• Monitor future demand periods and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Support the execution of approved revenue management strategies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts.
• Analyse booking trends, wash factors, cancellations, and market demand patterns.
• Provide revenue insights and recommendations to management.
• Generate and distribute revenue reports and dashboards.
• Maintain revenue systems and data integrity.
