Page Executive Singapore, part of MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD, seeks an Associate Partner to develop a portfolio of senior leadership assignments and recruit for C-level and executive roles. You will build trusted client relationships, win engagements and deliver retained search assignments with the support of a global network of researchers and partners.

You will work with senior leaders and HR executives to shape search briefs, assess candidates objectively and provide market insights.

Qualifications

Experience delivering senior-level recruitment within executive search or specialist recruitment.
Proven ability to win business, grow client accounts and maintain trusted relationships.
Strong market expertise and credibility with senior clients and candidates.
Experience managing recruitment assignments end-to-end including assessments and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Develop a specialist client and candidate portfolio for senior leadership recruitment and executive search.
Generate new business through client engagement, referrals, market research and networking.
Build relationships with business leaders, HR executives and other senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
Lead client briefings to establish role requirements, scope and search approach.
Prepare proposals and negotiate fees within company guidelines.
Manage recruitment assignments from market mapping to placement follow-up.
Originates and delivers retained searches with senior partners and researchers.
