Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Psychology, Communications or related fields.
• Interest in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional stakeholder engagement.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with outreach and networking.
• Results-driven in fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify opportunities and candidates across industries.
• Proactively engage potential candidates and clients through databases, networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Support business development by identifying prospective clients and generating market insights.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for executive search assignments through outreach and relationship management.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess candidate fit and motivation.
• Prepare candidate profiles, market intelligence reports, and client-ready materials.
• Coordinate candidate and client interactions, interviews, and follow-ups for a professional experience.
• Analyze hiring trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to support strategies.
• Maintain and update CRM systems and candidate databases accurately.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients to grow firm presence.
