Job summary

Sharbesuwary Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to manage day-to-day activities across retail and wholesale channels.

The role involves enforcing SOPs, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with regional buyers and vendors for pricing and delivery schedules. The candidate should have 2+ years in B2B/B2C sales within Indian wholesale consumer products, with willingness to travel and work rotating shifts, including weekends/PH.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, B2C Sales, Indian wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry.
• Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Good knowledge in Indian Wholesale household and groceries products distributions through various wholesale and retail channels

Responsibilities

• Enforce and review standard operating procedure
• Oversees day to day operations ensuring smooth operation and maintaining quality standard of services including cleanliness and maintenance
• Consults with regional buyers and/or vendors to obtain product information such as price availability, and delivery schedule
• Monitor expiry dates and ageing inventory and prompt relevant departments to perform stock clearance accordingly
• Ensure compliance with operations standards and safety requirements
• Oversees merchandising of dry/fresh goods in retail and wholesale
• Supervise routing, loading and preparing orders for shipment and delivery
• Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance
• Investigating market trends and offering products that appeal to customers
• Motivating employees to achieve targets
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts
• Field work and possible deliveries when required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
