Job summary

PLAYe is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to be stationed at the Ang Mo Kio store. The role offers flexibility in shift timings and responsibilities include promoting products, handling sales, and assisting customers with promotions.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for PLAYe products such as gaming gear and trading cards. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

• Promote and up-sell products to customers, monitor stock levels in store and tag product prices accurately.
• Communicate with customers regarding on-going promotions and offers.
• Liaise with PLAYe online team on stock transfers, or items for customers to pick up in-store.
• Use the in-store POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns.
• Open and close the store according to SOPs.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Handle pre-orders for goods and collect payment from customers.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.

This role will be stationed at PLAYe's Ang Mo Kio store. Working hours are flexible, according to availability of shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and up-sell products to customers, monitor stock levels in store and tag product prices accurately
• Communicate with customers regarding on-going promotions and offers
• Liaise with PLAYe online team on stock transfers, or items for customers to pick up in-store
• Use the in-store POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns
• Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve any customer issues efficiently
• Handle pre-orders for goods and collect payment from customer accordingly
• Other such duties that the Company may deem relevant may also be assigned
