Job summary

KK Group's KKV Singapore is seeking a proactive Supervisor (Full Time) to oversee daily store operations, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high standards of customer service.

You will support the achievement of monthly sales targets, maintain tidy shelves, stock freshness, and manage stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations (POS).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Ensure shelves are tidy, stocked, and products are fresh.
• Manage samples packs, report product issues, and support stock replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, maintenance and visual merchandising standards.
• Stay alert to prevent loss and report suspicious activity.

Supervisor (Full Time)

As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily store operations, guide and motivate team members, and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. This role is suited for proactive individuals who enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and driving store performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'N' Levels / ITE or equivalent. Experience in retail is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and good communication with interpersonal skills
• Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft).
