Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. Singapore invites an experienced Store Supervisor to lead a luxury boutique, upholding the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and service standards.

You will mentor Sales Associates, drive clienteling with high-value clients, and ensure impeccable boutique operations and presentation, including stock and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail
• Senior Sales Associates looking to step up into a Store Supervisor role are highly preferred.
• Strong individual sales track record with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Passionate about luxury clienteling and building long‑term relationships with discerning customers.
• Strong product presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, polished, and confident with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury service standards.
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Support inventory and stock management activities to ensure smooth boutique operations.
• Handle client enquiries and service matters professionally while maintaining a high level of discretion and attention to detail.
