Job summary

A leading retail firm in Singapore seeks a Store Manager to drive sales and deliver premium customer experiences. This role requires at least 5 years of retail management experience, including 2–3 years in a similar position, combined with hands-on knowledge of Cordyceps and traditional herbs. The Store Manager is expected to lead and train a high-performing team while overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in premium, luxury retail is preferred.

Job description

Location: Marina Bay Sand

Working hour: Retail hours

Duties:

1. Drive store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability
2. Deliver a premium customer experience and uphold brand standards
3. Lead, train, and manage a high-performing retail team
4. Oversee daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and rostering
5. Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
6. Coordinate with HQ on reporting and operational matters

Requirement:

• Minimum 5–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role
• Prior experience in premium, luxury, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle retail is highly preferred
• Must have hands‑on experience and working knowledge of Cordyceps and traditional herbs (e.g. traditional Chinese herbs or herbal wellness products), with the ability to confidently explain benefits, usage, and quality differences to customers
