Job summary

Eurostop Singapore Private Limited is a retail software solutions company seeking a capable Project Manager/Business Analyst to manage and deliver system solutions to retail clients. You will prepare and review project plans with customers and project teams, and conduct requirements scoping sessions.

This role requires a diploma/degree in CS/IT or related fields, strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver system solutions to customers
• Prepare and review project plans with customers and project teams
• Conduct system requirements scoping sessions to gather customer requirements
• Organize and monitor project schedules and deadlines
• Configure system in the UAT environment per project scope
• Conduct system walkthrough sessions
• Prepare and perform hardware installation for Go-Live
• Conduct system training for customers and team members
• Report project updates to management (verbal and written)
• Assist in pre-sales demos
• Ensure smooth handover to support on project closure
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Perform ad-hoc project administration
• Maintain good communication with clients and stakeholders
