TOP MOBILE GALLERY in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and suggestive selling. You will deliver prompt service, handle complaints and after-sales support, and assist with stock receipt and inventory control.

Responsibilities include engaging customers to upsell, processing cash transactions accurately, and communicating feedback to store management to improve service quality and merchandise availability.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers actively to drive sales through suggestive selling and sharing detailed product knowledge
• Deliver prompt and efficient service to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate repairs, servicing, and after-sales support effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock receipt to maintain accurate merchandise availability
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely during sales
• Collect and share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager to support service improvements
