Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day retail operations.
Deliver high-quality standards of service to customers.
Proactively engage and attend to walk-in customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide after-sales support, including assistance with repair-related matters.
Perform cashiering duties.
Receive, process, and organize incoming goods/deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product displays in the store.
Support the team with ad-hoc duties as and when required.
