Job summary

Birkenstock Singapore invites applications for a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, guide shoppers in product selection, and support sales transactions across our Singapore stores.

You will maintain a welcoming store environment, assist with merchandising and stock replenishment, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is a plus, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and POS systems to support efficient store operations.
• Good spoken and written English to communicate effectively with customers. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands, demonstrating energy and flexibility in work.

Responsibilities
