Job summary

BIRKENSTOCK in Singapore is seeking a DTC Merchandising professional to shape assortments, support launches, and align with GTM calendars.

You will monitor performance, optimize inventory, and collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Logistics, and Retail Operations to drive sales across channels.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Business or related field, 2+ years in merchandising, strong Excel, and data-driven decision making; Singapore residency or valid work visa is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, inventory planning, allocation, or retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Good understanding of merchandising principles and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of merchandising strategies across DTC retail and e-commerce channels in alignment with brand objectives and commercial goals.
• Assist in seasonal assortment planning, buying, product launches, and delivery execution according to GTM calendar.
• Monitor product performance, sell-through, and inventory to optimize business performance.
• Support product storytelling and training through effective assortment planning and launch execution.
• Partner with Marketing and E-commerce to align promotions and product priorities.
• Gather market trends and customer insights to inform future assortment planning.
