Job summary

Position Summary

As a Store Associate, you will serve as the face of the brand and create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist customers in selecting products, provide product knowledge, process transactions, maintain store presentation, and support inventory management while contributing to store sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with The North Face's brand standards.
• Engage customers proactively and understand their needs.
• Recommend products and provide accurate product information.
• Build customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits.

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Promote current campaigns, promotions, and membership programs.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Store Operations

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, POS, and payment transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain sales floor standards and visual merchandising presentation.
• Support opening and closing store procedures as assigned.

Inventory Management

• Assist with receiving, replenishment, transfers, and stock counts.
• Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
• Maintain stockroom organization and product availability on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O levels, SHATEC, NITEC certifications or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for customer service and retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
