Job summary

adidas Singapore is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador for our retail team. You will build relationships with customers, create emotional connections, and leverage your retail experience to exceed sales targets across Vivocity, ION, and Orchard locations.

You will stay informed on sports and fashion trends to provide product knowledge, maintain visual merchandising standards, operate the POS accurately, and support stock replenishment and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing.
• Industry: Preferably apparel / fashion / FW or FMCG Retail.
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion.
• Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management.

• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy
• Able to assist in-store operational duties, such as ensuring the cleanliness of the store, performing stock replenishment, stock checks and managing the fitting room area
• Be always presentable in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards
• Co-ordinate and be involved in event / activity logistics & preparations

Requirements
