Job summary

PRISM+ in Singapore is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our expanding retail team. You will engage with customers, promote electronics, assist with product launches, and help create a welcoming store experience.

The role requires a sales-driven mindset, strong communication, and a proactive team attitude. Prior retail or electronics sales is a plus, and willingness to work five days a week including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' requirements and promote suitable products.
• Learn and articulate consumer electronics specifications to customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and present it effectively to customers.
• Follow up with customers and guide product selection.
• Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Assist customers with purchases via POS or e-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate products and present to customers and other stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to build positive relationships.
• Provide feedback to improve retail operations and management.
• Meet daily targets and submit sales/End-of-day reports.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Store Manager or Supervisor.

We are looking for dedicated Sales Assistants to join our expanding retail team! You will play a key role in attracting customers, driving sales, and representing our brand. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, assisting with product launches and events, enhancing product knowledge, and addressing inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Understanding customers' requirements and promote suitable products accordingly.
• Learning and understanding consumer electronics technical specifications.
• Understanding customer needs accordingly.
• Constantly expand product knowledge and deliver it in engaging ways to customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.
• Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Provide assistance to customers for purchase via, POS or E-commerce platforms.
• Provide product demonstration, presentation to customers and other stakeholders.
• Engage in meaningful interactions and develop positive customer relationships.
• Provide feedback for improvement to the retail and management team.
• Meet daily targets and submit sales reports and EOD reports accurately.
• Ad-hoc tasks given by Store Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Comfortable with working 5 days a weekincluding public holidays and weekends

• Past experience in Retail Sales or Sales in consumer electronics is a plus
