PRISM+ in Singapore is seeking a fresh graduate Engineer to support market research, supplier evaluation, and product documentation for electronics and consumer hardware.

You will assist in product testing, packaging design, and labeling, with Mandarin proficiency required to communicate with Chinese suppliers. A Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; strong analytical and communication skills are expected, along with MS Office proficiency. Fresh grads welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Market and Supplier Research

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers to support product development and procurement.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Product Performance Testing

• Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Document and report issues or bugs to the development team for resolution.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and performance criteria.

Product Documentation

• Create and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts.
• Ensure all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.

Packaging and Labeling

• Oversee the development of product packaging, including serial number labeling and design.
• Ensure packaging aligns with branding and complies with regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as you will be expected to speak with chinese suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
