Job summary

PRISM+ is seeking dedicated Sales Assistants to join our expanding retail team in Singapore. You will attract customers, drive sales, and represent our brand, assisting with product launches and events, improving product knowledge, and addressing inquiries and concerns.

Your role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, promoting suitable electronics, and ensuring a positive shopping experience across store displays and promotional booths. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with working 5 days a week including public holidays and weekends.
• Willing to travel when deployed.
• Sales driven individual.
• Well-groomed, pleasant, and cheerful personality.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' requirements and promote suitable product accordingly.
• Learn and understand consumer electronics technical specifications.
• Understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Expand product knowledge and present it in engaging ways to customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide guidance on product selection.
• Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths.
• Assist customers with purchases via POS or E-commerce platforms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders.
• Engage in meaningful interactions and build positive relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback for improvements to retail and management teams.
• Meet daily sales targets and submit sales/EOD reports accurately.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Store Manager or Supervisor.
