Job summary

Mdm Ling Bakery is hiring a Full-Time Retail Assistant for our outlet at Jewel Changi Airport. You will be on the front line, delivering a warm customer experience and supporting daily retail operations.

You will handle cashier duties, assist with packing and restocking, ensure cleanliness and food safety, and support promotions and peak periods as needed.

About the role
We are looking for Full-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at the our retail outlet at Jewel Changi Airport.

As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the outlet. You will be involved in customer service, cashier duties, product packing and restocking.
Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with their purchases.

Requirements

• Flexible to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
