BEAUTIFUL MUM SERANGOON PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable operations leader to oversee daily clinic activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments. You will guide front desk teams, therapists, and support staff to uphold service standards and drive customer satisfaction.

The role involves managing appointments, supporting marketing initiatives, handling feedback, and coordinating inventory and reporting. Retail hours and weekends may be required to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
