Nature's Field Snacks Mfg Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to oversee daily shop operations, assist customers, and maintain clear communication with management.

You will drive sales targets, provide product knowledge, handle cashiering and stock takes, restock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and well-organized. The role includes a 6-day week with AM/PM shifts and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to handle cash transactions and operate the register.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and storeroom at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points.

About the role

The Retail Sales Assistant will oversee the daily operations of the retail shop. The role requires assisting customers with their inquiries, offering excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with the management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly sales target and promotions to meet company's objectives

• Conduct a weekly stock-take

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Handle cashiering and accurately process transactions

• Assist with packing of retail packaging

• Restock shelves and ensure that all products on display are organized

• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and storeroom at all times

• Monitor stock levels and reorder points

• Communicate all feedback from customers to management

Working Conditions:

• Working days: 6 days/week (8hrs)

• Hours: AM Shift 9.15am-6.15pm / PM Shift: 12.30pm-9.30pm

• Off day: once a week (on either Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs)

• Working on PH: 2X Pay

• Overtime: 1.5X (upon request by management
