Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in retail construction management, interior design/fit-outs, or facility management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and realize construction activities for store openings, revamps, relocations and extensions.
• Coordinate maintenance initiatives for existing stores ensuring safety, compliance and cost efficiency.
• Manage budgets, tender processes, and handovers with landlords and external partners.
• Lead project milestones, site visits, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
