Job summary

Decathlon Singapore is seeking a proactive Real Estate & Construction Manager to lead store openings, renovations and long-term maintenance across the portfolio. You will drive project delivery, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and optimize costs through strategic planning and supplier management.

You will collaborate with local teams, landlords and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality spaces that reflect Decathlon's sporty lifestyle and brand standards.

Qualifications

• English fluency (written and spoken).
• End-to-end construction project execution, budgeting and cost estimations.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and interior fit-out processes.
• Experience coordinating external maintenance contractors and multi-store facility ops.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and realize construction activities for store openings, relocations, and extensions while managing budget and safety standards.
• Plan, develop and lead maintenance activities for existing stores and new builds with a focus on long-term capex planning.
• Improve Real Estate portfolio through regular property audits, cost savings and sustainability opportunities.
• Coordinate tenders, negotiate specifications, and ensure handover, inspections and final financial closeout.
