Job summary

Decathlon Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Construction & Real Estate Lead to plan, develop, and realize construction activities for new stores, revamps, and expansions, ensuring safety standards and cost control across the portfolio.

You will manage maintenance programs, coordinate external partners, and drive multi-store facilities projects with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in retail construction management, interior design/fit-outs, or facility management.
• Proven track record in site feasibility assessments, cost estimation, vendor tender processes, and project handovers.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and realize construction activities across store openings, revamps, relocations and extensions with budget and safety compliance.
• Plan, develop and lead maintenance activities for existing stores, ensuring safety and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate tenders, negotiate technical specs and manage external partners within approved budgets.
• Oversee site inspections, documentation, and final handovers including payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support cross-store facilities management and provide technical guidance to Ops teams.
