The role includes facilitating gymnastics equipment purchases and ensuring quality for athlete needs. The candidate will also contribute to gymnastics coaching activities as required, leveraging knowledge of equipment and product requirements to improve sourcing, pricing and stock availability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international procurement and shipment of gymnastic apparel, equipment and related products.

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and commercially minded professional to support the continued development of our gymnastics academy’s retail, procurement and operational activities.

The role will have a strong focus on international procurement, supply chain coordination and retail operations, particularly in developing and managing relationships with our suppliers and business partners in Poland. The successful candidate will also support selected gymnastics coaching activities, allowing practical knowledge of gymnastics equipment and athlete requirements to contribute directly to purchasing, product selection and quality assurance.

This is a multi-faceted role suited to someone with a background in business, international trade or supply chain operations, together with practical experience and knowledge of gymnastics.

Key Responsibilities

1.International Procurement & Supply Chain

• Coordinate international procurement and shipment of gymnastics apparel, equipment and related products.


• Manage shipping arrangements, import/export documentation, customs clearance and delivery coordination.


• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders according to operational and retail requirements.


• Liaise with suppliers on product availability, lead times, shipment schedules and order fulfilment.


• Review procurement processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and supply reliability.

2. Poland Supplier & Business Development

• Develop and maintain working relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and business partners based in Poland.


• Act as the primary liaison for communications and negotiations with Polish suppliers.


• Source and evaluate new suppliers and products suitable for the academy’s retail and operational requirements.


• Review supplier quotations, commercial terms and procurement arrangements.


• Communicate product specifications, quality requirements and operational needs clearly to suppliers.


• Support the development of the academy’s sourcing network in Poland and other relevant European markets.


• Conduct supplier and market research to identify suitable products and potential business opportunities.

3. Retail & Commercial Operations

• Support the development and day-to-day management of the academy’s retail activities.


• Assist with product selection, pricing, merchandising and inventory planning.


• Monitor retail performance, stock movement and customer demand.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate stock availability across academy locations.


• Support initiatives to expand and improve the academy’s retail offering.

4. Gymnastics Operations & Coaching

• Provide recreational rhythmic gymnastics coaching as required by the academy’s operational schedule.


• Deliver safe, structured and age-appropriate gymnastics sessions.


• Demonstrate appropriate techniques and monitor gymnast development and safety.


• Provide practical feedback on gymnastics apparel and equipment based on coaching and athlete requirements.


• Assist in evaluating the suitability, functionality and quality of products sourced for academy and retail use.

Role Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline.


• Relevant experience in procurement, international trade, logistics, supply chain, retail operations or business development.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Polish language proficiency would be advantageous for communicating and negotiating with Poland-based suppliers and business partners.


• Practical knowledge or experience in gymnastics, preferably rhythmic gymnastics.


• Coaching experience or a relevant gymnastics coaching qualification would be advantageous.


• Good understanding of gymnastics apparel, equipment and product requirements.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate suppliers, shipments, inventory and operational requirements.


• Comfortable working in a multi-functional role combining commercial responsibilities with selected operational and coaching duties.
