Job summary

Christian Dior (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an intern for the Retail Performance & Operations team to help drive operational excellence, improve boutique efficiency, and roll out regional retail initiatives.

The internship runs January to December 2027 and suits those who enjoy problem-solving, data work, and retail. You will gain hands-on exposure to store projects, BOH optimization, and digital tools supporting frontline staff.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Store Projects and Operations Optimisation through digital tools and projects.
• Anticipate and identify markets needs for Store Projects and BOH Operations optimization.
• Understand BOH analysis/knowledge/design at Market level and make recommendation, follow up design and co-validate execution.
• Coordinate between Markets and Regional Teams on design briefing requirements for new store openings (e.g. floor planning of BOH).
• Prepare and update of Excel documents on timeline / follow up of Store projects and deploy retail related projects and applications.
• Plan and organize roll out/run phase as well as to ensure trainings to prepare boutique staff on embracing new solutions.
• Partner up with different department or country reference on the follow up and organize regular visits.

Job responsibilities

Store Projects and Operations Optimisation through digital tools and projects

• Anticipate and identify markets needs for Store Projects and Back-of-House (BOH) Operations optimization
• Understand BOH analysis/knowledge/design at Market level and make recommendation, follow up design and co-validate execution
• Coordinate between Markets and Regional Teams on design briefing requirements for new store openings (e.g. floor planning of BOH)
• Prepare and update of Excel documents on timeline / follow up of Store projects and deploy retail related projects and applications
• Plan and organize roll out/run phase as well as to ensure trainings to prepare boutique staff on embracing new solutions
• Partner up with different department or country reference on the follow up and organize regular visits (collect feedback, provide basic support and new evolution if needed)
