Qualifications

• Bachelor’s students or graduates preferred (ideally in Business, Marketing, or Communications)
• Previous experience in client development, events or sales is preferred
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Marketing & Client Development Team for the organisation and implementation of events, including trunk shows, product launches, dinners and exhibitions inside and outside of boutiques
• Manage gifting and client treatment plan to develop and grow VIP client base
• Design and execute domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience
• Implement boutique programmes to stimulate clienteling awareness and drive selling team’s service standard
• Conduct data mining and analysis to gain insight on client behaviour and commercial opportunities
• Support adoption of retail training and operational excellence activities that enhance the client experience
• Support the implementation of the company's strategy to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellence

Join the Client Development Team and be at the forefront of executing strategic initiatives to cultivate customer loyalty and position Dior as the pinnacle of service excellence in the luxury industry. The role will be based in one of our boutiques.

Job responsibilities

Event Planning & Support
