Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd is seeking a Packaging Designer to design and develop packaging concepts for retail products, ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment. You will create artwork, layouts and mock-ups for various items, and prepare designs for printing with dielines and specifications.

You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising and product development, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, review samples, and ensure compliance with branding, quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging concepts for retail products, ensuring visual appeal and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create packaging artwork, layouts, labels and product mock-ups for various retail items.
• Prepare packaging designs for printing, including dielines, dimensions, colours and artwork specifications.
• Work closely with the marketing, merchandising and product development teams to understand packaging requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and printing vendors on packaging samples, materials and production specifications.
• Review packaging samples and ensure final products meet design, quality and branding standards.
• Amend and update packaging artwork based on feedback and product requirements.
• Ensure all packaging designs comply with relevant retail labelling and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple packaging design projects and meet production deadlines.
