Job summary

Mango Tree Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on retail outlet manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales targets through planning and budgeting, and motivate a team in a fast-paced town-area environment.

You will deliver excellent customer service, establish staff schedules, manage budgets, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining accurate records to enhance profitability. Availability to work retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar retail management position.
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills.
• Availability to work during retail hours in a fast-paced town area environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company outlet to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
• Plan and budget sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets annually and monthly
• Motivate and lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve team goals
• Deliver high-level customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and feedback promptly
• Develop and implement duty rosters and set sales targets for staff scheduling and performance management
• Prepare and manage the annual outlet budget to control expenses and optimize profitability
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to outlet operations and sales activities
