Who you'll be working for

Our client is a leading Luxury retailer, seeking experienced Retail Ops Coordinator!

What you'll be doing on the job

• Co-lead retail initiative rollout with Area Retail Managers across channels
• Support alignment of operational procedures and recruitment needs of export markets
• Management of stock orders and new sell-in allocations by POS
• Coaching of retail team at POS in operational procedures and reporting purposes
• Coaching of Retail Operations Coordinator in SOP familiarisation and enhancements
• Oversee the activities to support the staff. E.g. stationery, namecard orders, uniforms etc.
• Support all the manual daily operation on order processing, new sell in form filling.
