Job summary

DMY JEWELLERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Operations Manager responsible for daily supervision of its jewellery outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, oversee stock control, handle customer queries, set sales targets, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a jewellery/retail environment is preferred.

In jewelelry field Retail Operations managers are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• preparing promotional materials and displays.
• Product introduction of jewellery
• Undertake retail duties as assigned e.g. customer service, manage point-of-sale processes
• Optimize sales performances and store's profitability
