Job summary

LOYANG PRIME TRADING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee staffing, training and visual merchandising for smooth store performance and target achievement.

You will monitor team performance, set annual targets, review staff analytics and ensure daily operations comply with SOPs, with regular meetings with operations and training teams to drive strategic planning and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields, preferably from the retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To manage, control and monitor operational activities including staffing, training and development and visual merchandising to ensure smooth operation and achievement of target
• Monitor and drive team performance by setting annual work target and responsible for work achievement
• Review and analyze staff performance for each team
• To ensure daily company operations are complying to Standard Operating Procedure
• Regular meeting with the operations and training teams to create strategic planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
