Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Executive, Retail Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day retail execution across stores in Singapore and Malaysia, coordinating between stores and HQ, maintaining records, and supporting store activities and retail projects.

You will work under the Assistant Manager, Retail Operations to ensure tasks are completed on time, escalating issues that require decisions or additional support in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or operational coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and communication.

• Maintain records, checklists and reports.
• Support events, training and store readiness.
