Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Assistant (Mattress & Wellness) to join our team in Central/Orchard. The role involves engaging walk-in customers, sharing product knowledge, explaining wellness tool benefits, and supporting sales goals with a focus on customer experience.
The position offers permanent employment with shift hours and up to $2800 basic salary plus commission, performance bonuses, and 12 days annual leave. Experience is not required as training is provided.

- Share product knowledge (training provided – no experience needed!).
- Explain the benefits of the wellness tools.
- Support team sales goals – no aggressive competition.
- Provide excellent after-sales service.
