Job summary

Venus Beauty in Singapore is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor to lead a team and drive sales for a specific product category. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure shelves are well stocked, display merchandise effectively, and maintain a welcoming selling floor.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and a roster-based schedule aligned with retail hours. Training, commission, bonuses, and leave benefits are provided by Venus Beauty.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
