Job summary

Venus Beauty in Singapore seeks an attentive Retail Supervisor to lead a small team of retail assistants and ensure smooth daily operations. You will drive sales for your product category, manage inventory, merchandising, and floor presentation to maximize guest engagement.

The role requires excellent customer service, cash handling, and the ability to handle refunds professionally. You must be comfortable with rostered hours (6 days) and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming,

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
