Venus Beauty in Singapore is seeking a capable retail supervisor to lead a team of assistants and drive sales for the assigned product category. You will manage inventory, maintain store appearance, and assist in merchandising to maximize shopper engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products.
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards.
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally.

Working Hours

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
