Job summary

Octomate Staffing Pte. Ltd. is seeking candidates to join its commercial property management team in Singapore, supporting daily operations of retail malls and commercial properties.

Location is Bugis x 1, Cityhall x 1, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily between 8:30am and 6pm. Salary is up to 5,500 SGD basic per month plus 1.5 months completion bonus per year. Qualifications

• Degree with minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail mall / commercial operations, facilities management, property management.
• Experience in soft services and hard services

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned property.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works to ensure the property remains safe, functional and well-maintained.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure works and services are completed according to required standards.
• Attend to operational feedback, defects, breakdowns and service requests from tenants and building users.
• Support tenant fitting-out, renovation, reinstatement and asset enhancement works.
• Monitor maintenance contracts, vendor performance, budgets and operational expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, statutory and operational requirements.
• Maintain proper records, reports and documentation relating to property operations, maintenance works and incidents.
