Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support leasing operations through marketing, lease administration, tenant coordination, reporting, and tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental income.
• Assist marketing strategies to achieve higher occupancy and maximize rental income; manage lease and arrears.
• Maintain proper lease administration and timely approvals of memo/documentation.
• Liaise with tenants on fit-out works to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support submitting budget and management reports and other ad hoc reports.
