Job summary

Maison Ace Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive retail growth and sales coordination. The role blends business development, account management, and on-ground events support to grow our lifestyle brand portfolio.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with customers, visiting stores, and coordinating promotions while developing strong partner relationships across channels.

Responsibilities

Identify and explore new business opportunities across retail, corporate and other sales channels.
Research and reach out to potential customers, retail partners and business prospects.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations and product presentations.
Follow up with potential customers and build strong business relationships.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products and expand retail distribution.
Support management in developing and executing sales growth initiatives.
Coordinate product training, promotional materials and sales activities.
Plan and execute roadshows, pop-ups and retail events, including on-site setup and teardown.
Monitor stock availability and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
