Job summary

Job Summary

You will demonstrate product features and recommend price plans to meet customer needs while maintaining visual displays and managing stock inventory. You will work with Singtel counterparts to provide accurate information and achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain product features and functions to customers to support informed purchasing decisions
• Recommend suitable price plans and value-added services based on customers’ needs to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with our counterparts to provide accurate and timely information to customers for effective service delivery
• Complete and file all sales and administrative documents accurately to maintain proper records
• Achieve individual sales and non-sales KPIs to contribute to team and company goals
• Maintain and update visual electronic displays (VM displays) to attract customer attention and promote products
• Perform daily housekeeping of flyers and promotional collaterals to ensure a tidy and organized retail environment
• Check stock inventory regularly and ensure items are neatly packed and displayed to support sales and customer experience
• Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, to provide consistent customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum secondary education
• Sales or retail experience
• Ability to build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills
• Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
• Positive working attitude and reliability as a team player
• IT-savvy with an interest in keeping up with the latest technology trends
• Bilingual in English and one other language (to support communication with diverse customers)
