Tiong Bahru Bakery PTE. LTD. is hiring Barista Team Members to join our Front of House team in Singapore. We offer world-class coffee training through our in-house roastery and opportunities for promotion within the Spa Esprit Group.

We welcome candidates with passion to learn, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow with our brand across our bakery, roastery and sister restaurants. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions across Singapore, Malaysia and internationally.

Qualifications

No prior barista experience required; open to learning and training.

Responsibilities

Barista for Front of House Team and service duties.
Assist in coffee preparation and maintain station cleanliness.
Provide friendly customer service and promote products.

Tiong Bahru Bakery - Barista Team Members

5-Days 44Hours / Work Week

SGD 2,400 - SGD 2,800

We offer world-class coffee academy courses by our in-house roastery team to our baristas and service crew to build our teams' knowledge. Being part of the Spa Esprit Group, there is the opportunity for promotion and growth across the company to our sister restaurant brands or to join our bakery or roastery team.
