Job summary

HFA Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate for our studio-style Singapore store. You will welcome customers, assist with sizing and product recommendations, and handle cashiering, exchanges and returns in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.

This hands-on role requires stock replenishment from the warehouse, keeping the space neat, and supporting busy weekends with 4-hour or 7-hour shifts. We value friendly, reliable team players who can multitask and communicate well with

Qualifications

• Some prior retail experience or customer service is required; fashion retail experience is a bonus.
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
• Physically able to retrieve items from warehouse and walk stairs frequently.

Job description

We’re looking for friendly, dependable and proactive Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team at HFA.

Our retail team operates in a studio setting, welcoming customers for both appointments and walk-in shopping. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll assist customers on the studio floor, retrieve merchandise directly from our warehouse, replenish stock, and keep the space organised and ready for customers throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist customers with sizing, fit & product recommendations
• Cashiering, exchanges & returns
• Replenish, steam and organise merchandise
• Pick/retrieve items directly from our warehouse floor
• Keep the retail & fitting room areas neat and tidy
• Assist with stock-related duties as required

You Should Have / Be

• Some prior retail experience or customer service is required; fashion retail experience is a bonus
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with customers
• Able to understand customers’ needs and provide helpful recommendations without being overly pushy
• A reliable team player who communicates and works well with others
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
• Takes pride in keeping the retail space neat and organised
• Physically comfortable picking and retrieving items directly from our warehouse floor
• Able to walk up and down stairs frequently throughout the shift

Working Hours & Commitment

4-hour shifts:

Full 7-hour shift:

Applicants should be able to commit to at least 1 Saturday or Sunday shift per week.

*Full shifts are available on Saturdays & Sundays only, depending on operational demand.
