Job summary

High Frequency Apparel (HFA) is seeking friendly, dependable Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience by assisting with fit, sizing and product recommendations while keeping the store tidy and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include cashiering, handling exchanges and returns, replenishing merchandise, and fetching items from the warehouse. Weekend availability is preferred and shifts vary.

• Comfortable working in a fashion retail setting.

We're looking for friendly, dependable and proactive Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at HFA.
As part of our retail team, you'll help create a welcoming and seamless shopping experience for our customers - from assisting with fit and sizing to keeping the retail space well-stocked, organised and ready for every appointment or walk-in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist customers with sizing, fit & product recommendations
• Cashiering, exchanges & returns
• Replenish, steam and organise merchandise
• Pick/retrieve items directly from our warehouse floor
• Keep the retail & fitting room areas neat and tidy
• Assist with stock-related duties as required

You Should Have / Be

• Some prior retail experience or customer service is required; fashion retail experience is a bonus
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with customers
• Able to understand customers' needs and provide helpful recommendations without being overly pushy
• A reliable team player who communicates and works well with others
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
• Takes pride in keeping the retail space neat and organised
• Physically comfortable picking and retrieving items directly from our warehouse floor
• Able to walk up and down stairs frequently throughout the shift

Working Hours & Commitment

4-hour shifts:

• 10AM-2PM
• 12PM-4PM
• 2PM-6PM

Full 7-hour shift:

• 10AM-6PM (1-hour break)

Applicants should be able to commit to at least 1 weekend day per week.

*Full shifts are available on Saturdays & Sundays only, depending on operational demand.
