Job summary

DORS, Singapore Fashion Council's in-store concept, invites you to join our vibrant multi-label retail team at Design Orchard on Orchard Road. Engage customers, share the stories behind local designers, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

We are looking for fashion‑savvy individuals with strong communication, a team spirit, and a passion for local brands. Training provided; three days per week with weekends and public holidays possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 days a week commitment, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
• A positive, cheerful team player who thrives in a retail environment.
• Passionate about fashion, design and storytelling with enthusiasm for local brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with an exceptional in-store experience.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
• Build rapport with customers and share designer stories.
• Drive sales to meet store targets, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Support daily store operations including cashiering, housekeeping and stock replenishment.
• Assist with inventory management and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Support store events, brand activations and campaigns as scheduled.
• Uphold safety, security and administrative procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Operations team.

WHO WE ARE

DORS (Design Orchard Retail Showcase), is Singapore pre-eminent multi-label store that supports top local designers in the lifestyle and fashion industries. The location serves as a creative incubator, vibrant events space, and a platform in the heart of Orchard Road for Singapore's homegrown brands to showcase their creativity to the world. DORSe houses over 100 brands in these categories, making it Singapore's largest physical one-stop shopping destination for local labels.

DORSe is the AI-powered digital channel that will fuel the growth of DORS through the merging of both digital and physical channels.

DORS is run by Singapore Fashion Council (SFC), the official association for the fashion industry in Singapore. Our mission at SFC is quite simple: To create A Vibrant Asian Hub For Responsible Fashion.

Key Responsibilities
