Job summary

DORS is Singapore's premier multi-label showcase located on Orchard Road, operated by Singapore Fashion Council. We invite a 4–6 month full-time internship to support customer experience, brand storytelling, and store operations across 100+ local brands.

You will engage shoppers, learn CRM-based engagement, assist with events, merchandising, and daily sales while gaining hands-on retail and fashion industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in related field.
• Interest in Singapore fashion scene and homegrown brands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with weekend shifts.
• Familiarity with POS, stock tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and deliver a high-touch in-store experience reflecting the DORS brand.
• Share authentic stories behind local designers and products.
• Use CRM tools to engage and grow a loyal customer base.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to meet store targets.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising displays, and POS cashiering.
• Support events, brand activations, pop-ups, and seasonal campaigns.
