Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Rituals Advisor to engage directly with customers, understand their needs and recommend the perfect Rituals solutions in our boutique environment.

You will work closely with store leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences, uphold safety standards, and maintain an immaculate presentation while growing luxury retail skills through our extensive training program.

• Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager to reach store goals.
• Interact with customers daily and provide best in class service.
• Follow store safety procedures and maintain a clean, well-presented shop.

• Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times according to company standards, so that our products are always presented according to Rituals visual merchandising guidelines
